CEO
Tom holds a PhD in Computer Science (Neural Networks) and has 20 years of executive experience-predominantly in financial services—across product development, technology, operations, and trading. Prior to co-founding JamLabs, he served as Chief Data Scientist at the TMX Group.

For the last 25 years, Tom has worked with big data and neutral networks, driving business transformation in telecommunications, banking, trading and exchanges. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and prior to working at Jamlabs, was the Chief Data Scientist at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TMX).

Charlie Frantowski
Charlie is passionate about all aspects of engineering, from providing value to customers all the way to coding critical algorithms. He is an expert in architecting massively-parallel distribution and visualization platforms. Charlie holds a masters in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, with a specialization in Interactive Intelligence.

Andre Di Genova
Andre is an expert in architecting and implementing complex software systems, building big data compute environments, and creating the interfaces and visualizations that make them useful. He has an Honours Bachelor of Software Engineering with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo.
